The Barn

On February 16, 2007 the OPS Team investigated an old barn in Clay County. The barn is supposed to be the home to sightings of a man that is seen to be standing in the back part that is sectioned off into a big room. The owner told us a brief history on the site. We arrived on the site around 8:00 pm and begun to set up the cameras and do the initial walk through. We set up two infrared cameras, one inside the first large room that also captured the middle room and the other in the back room where the sightings have occurred. We begun doing evp work and taking temperature and emf readings.  We set up four different evp recorders, two analog and two digital. Three of the recorders were left stationary, two in the backroom, one in the front room, and one with the investigators going from room to room. Two family members of an investigator stayed in the backroom with the camera and the recorders, also present was a cd player with a white noise cd playing for background noise, to see if they could sense, see or hear anything. We took over two hundred pictures with the digital cameras, most filled with dust particle orbs due to the powdered dirt floor that was so easily stirred up.  After reviewing the video, we captured no evidence.  We have captured a few voices we are unable to recognize that we are still currently reviewing. We wrapped up our investigation around 11:45 pm. Last but not least for you animal lovers, you know we had an incident. There was a noise in the field near the backroom wall that some of the investigators did not recognize or like. They said it sounded like a growl or bellows, making a couple of the members exit the barn quickly until the source of the noise was found. As they say in the movie Twister, “We have cows!”

Here's an evp that we caught at the site. Could it be that Dewey got an answer to his question in this one? Listen
